I am upset as I have pictures that i would like to use PSE8 on. I have researched, forums, the internet and found no solutions and am unable to locate where I can contact ADOBE by email. Help, I am sure there is someone out there who can help us.

Rather than post an error message like 150:30, and then not tell the customer the meaning of that because it's exhibited on Photoshop Elements 8, which is too old for you to any longer answer a simple question for, make a list of the what the error message numbers mean so the user has some idea of how to proceed. I know the entire system is set up to sell us something else or charge money for help Adobe should provide free of charge, but maybe just this once you could act like human beings instead of greed motivated self serving sales machines. I just updated my Mac to OS 10.9 and when I started up Photoshop Elements, it threw Error 150:30 and said that there was a licensing issue. See below: Licensing for this product has stopped working. This product has has encountered a problem which required that you restart your computer before it can be launched (which I tried.) If you continue to see this message after restarting your computer, please contact either your IT administrator or Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen. Error: 150:30 Thanks. This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled. I've been trying to use photoshop elements since I bought a 'newer' MacBook Pro.

I have the original DVD and reinstalled but it tells me that I have an error 150:30. It also tells me to go to adobe.com/support which is no longer a valid URL. I've tried going to their site, I can get logged in but when I try to go to manage my account, the password that I use to login doesn't work there. The email they have for me is one I can no longer access. I have the serial number, and seldom use Adobe products due to this kind of time wasting support.
Anyone have suggestions for an alternative program to Elements?
